Metotec Design Lab proudly participated in the inaugural Iran Design Exhibition (IDEX 2025), held from May 13 to 16, 2025, at Niavaran Palace in Tehran.
This landmark event, aimed at showcasing the capabilities of Iranian designers across various fields—such as product design, fashion, graphic design, architecture, and applied arts—marked a significant milestone in the national design calendar. IDEX 2025 created a valuable platform for the exchange of ideas, presentation of innovative projects, and interaction among designers, professional institutions, and specialized audiences.
Metotec Design Lab took part in this exhibition through a shared booth with the Iranian Industrial Designers Association. This collaboration provided an excellent opportunity to present our achievements and demonstrate the innovative design processes that define our studio.
The joint presence enabled direct engagement with Iran’s design community, including industry professionals, university faculty, students, and design enthusiasts—fostering meaningful connections and potential future collaborations.
Throughout the exhibition, Metotec Design Lab highlighted its commitment to human-centered design and creative problem-solving in product development, presenting both completed projects and detailed documentation.
The interactive environment and valuable feedback from participants provided an inspiring and dynamic experience for our team and opened new horizons for future partnerships.
On the final day of the event, Mr. Saeed Khosravi, CEO of Metotec Design Lab, delivered a keynote presentation on design-driven business strategies. In his talk, he reflected on Metotec’s 18-year journey, outlining the challenges, growth phases, and transformative approaches that shaped the company. He also introduced essential tools for strategic planning in design-based businesses—practical frameworks that help entrepreneurs and professionals embed design as a core element of their business models. The presentation was well received and considered one of the highlights of the event.
